David Hoffman – President
David spent 8 years as a homebuilder in the Houston area after graduating from Texas Tech. He joined the agency in 2005 and specializes in Business Insurance and Health Insurance. David has completed the CIC course and is a Certified Insurance Counselor.
David is licensed in Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colarado, Georgia, Illinois and Florida.
Crystal Hoffman – Vice President
Crystal, also a Texas Tech Alumni, joined the agency in 2007 after spending two years in accounting. Crystal specializes in individual health insurance and group employee benefits, as well as personal auto and homeowner’s insurance. She currently serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Benefits & Insurance Professionals, Houston Chapter (NABIP). Crystal was the 2014 recipient of the Houston Health Underwriter of the Year Award, and the 2020 recipient of the Texas Volunteer of the Year Award.
Steve Hoffman – Founder
Steve has been Agent of the Year four times in Texas, since starting his career in 1972. Steve is active in community affairs and has served on the Board of Directors for such organizations as the Rotary Club of Houston Foundation, American Cancer Society, Houston American Red Cross, and the University of Houston Alumni Board. After 45 years in the insurance industry Steve has retired from working full time at the agency but comes in sometimes to help and consult on certain issues.
